1. Participation

Participation is allowed from the age of 18. A valid account with correct information is required.

2. How a raffle works

Each tombo has a fixed number of tickets, a prize amount, and defined start and end times. If a tombo ends due to a timeout, the winner is drawn from the sold tickets, and the prize amount is based on the number of tickets sold.

3. Ticket purchase

The purchase is binding. Tickets are paid immediately and cannot be cancelled.

4. Winner selection

The winner is chosen randomly from all sold tickets and notified automatically.

5. Payout

Winnings are credited to the wallet and can be withdrawn at any time.

6. Fairness

All raffles are transparent. Manipulation is impossible — the algorithm is neutral.

7. Responsibility

Tombo is a digital raffle platform. Play responsibly.

8. Misuse

Multiple accounts, fraud, or false information will result in suspension.
